2. Technical operation
The hosting service processes technically necessary connection data when the site is accessed. Provider, legal basis, transfers and deletion periods will be added after the hosting setup is final.
3. Appointment booking
To reserve an appointment we process location, treatment, date, time, first and last name, email, telephone number, consent timestamp and booking reference. This supports scheduling, duplicate-booking prevention and confirmation messages.
Retention periods and legal bases still require final approval.
4. Contact form
When you contact us, we process the submitted contact details and message in order to respond. Do not use this form for emergencies or sensitive clinical records.
5. Email delivery
Brevo is planned for booking and contact emails. Contracts, data locations, subprocessors and any required safeguards must be reviewed before activation.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent and complain to the competent authority.
