The final terms are intended to govern booking and delivery of services offered by OM-Skin.com in Warsaw and Wrocław. The contracting legal entity and precise scope remain to be added.
2. Appointment reservation
An online reservation becomes binding only when a booking confirmation is issued. Availability, treatment duration and location are stated in the confirmation.
3. Medical suitability
An online booking does not guarantee that a procedure will be performed. The final decision follows personal history, examination, informed consent and medical indication.
4. Prices and payment
Website prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN/zł). Payment methods, due dates, included services, deposits and potential additional costs remain to be confirmed.
5. Cancellation, lateness and non-attendance
Notice periods, rescheduling rules and any charges for late cancellation or non-attendance remain to be confirmed. No charge is asserted without an approved rule.
6. Liability and complaints
Statutory rights remain unaffected. Complaint procedure, applicable law and dispute resolution will only be added after legal review.
